Do you write the script?
For Growth and Premium packages, I offer full script consultation or writing. For Starter, I can review and tighten your existing script. Most clients send a rough draft and I refine it for animation flow.
What do you need from me to get started?
A brief covering: what your product does, who it's for, and what action you want viewers to take. Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) if available. That's it — I'll handle the rest.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes. All packages include revision rounds (see package details). After final delivery, 7 days of minor edits are included free. Larger changes can be scoped as a separate project.
What's the payment structure?
50% upfront to begin, 50% on final delivery. Payments via Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer. I work with clients in the US, Australia, Singapore, and Europe regularly.
Do you do rush projects?
Sometimes. Rush delivery (under 7 days) is available with a 30% rush fee, depending on my current workload. Best to reach out early — I book 1–2 weeks ahead.
